Going gluten-free?

It´s hard to say if I am really gluten-intolerant or not.

But since I moved to Sweden, I have had some bad skin reactions and when I did a research about it on the internet, it was suggested that I might be allergic to gluten. Thus, it means that from now on, I have to avoid eating all those delicious sorts of breads, buns, pastries, cakes, and everything else that contains gluten. I thought to myself, what a bummer!

During the past few weeks, I have tried to avoid from taking gluten in my meal - and I failed big time. It is so difficult!

As a person, I have a really big appetite for food.

I love food and I live totally to eat.

If there is a profession that requires me just to eat, I think I would be really successful at it.
